The guesthouse is in a particularly good location with a creek running right along next to it. It is close to a stream with a gorgeous view of the mountains. - the building and rooms are lovely and situated in front of the kitchen.

The total stay was nice for the price. The location was stunning, to the creek running right along next to you with easy access to a supermarket and a convenience store. Also, main attraction such as Vaolaheioi Utsynispallur was 2 miles from this hotel.
No issues.

We had an amazing time during our romantic escape! The breakfast prepared by the host was absolutely delicious - you could taste the love put into it! The cozy room was perfect for us, and we even had a nice view from it. The location was ideal, just outside the city center, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We also loved the communal lounge area, perfect for relaxing and watching TV. a wonderful experience!
Although everything was great, the showers could have been a bit cleaner. Other than that, we had no complaints about our stay.

We stayed at a lovely guesthouse just outside the city center for a few nights. The rooms were small, but clean and had a nice view. The fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, and communal lounge with sofas and TV were a plus. The separation of toilets and showers was definitely a bonus. The free access to a washing machine and tumble dryer was convenient. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this guesthouse.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Lonsa Guesthouse! the room was clean, cosy and well, equipped, with a spacious layout and a small table and chairs. the shared kitchen was well, stocked and the host was incredibly friendly, even allowing us to use her oven. the shared bathroom and toilet were also clean and well, maintained. the host even gave us tips on where to see the northern lights, and we were lucky enough to catch them on the night we stayed here! Lonsa Guesthouse offered comfortable and affordable accommodations, and we would highly recommend it. Cons: Everything was exactly what we needed and wanted! 😊.

The guest rooms at Lónsá Guesthouse were cozy and had a nice work desk, making it easy to catch up on some emails. Plus, the free WiFi access was a great bonus!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shared bathroom facilities. But hey, some people might actually enjoy the communal experience!

The guesthouse is located on the outskirts of town, right next to a peaceful stream, offering a serene and tranquil environment. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities, such as a cozy common area and easily accessible internet. the friendly and welcoming host provides helpful assistance and ensures a pleasant stay.
The sound isolation in the guesthouse is poor, and noise from neighboring rooms can be easily heard.

The value for money at this guesthouse was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was perfect for watching the northern lights, and the staff, especially Heimir, were friendly and engaging.
Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.
